Completed event (2024-03-06 20:00:00 UTC) – Maintenance is complete. All tenants, services and integrations are up and running. If you encounter any issues please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Ongoing event (2024-03-06 10:05:00 UTC) – For your information, we’re on schedule. We’ve already started with the migration of tenants.

Ongoing event (2024-03-06 07:30:00 UTC) – We’ve recently opened the maintenance window starting with the migration of stage production to the new location.

Scheduled event (2024-03-06 07:30:00 UTC) – We plan a maintenance window on Wednesday, 2024-03-06, starting at 07:30 UTC. During this window we are going to move stage production to a new location. This will result in short downtimes of tenants.

Improvements to compliance and performance

Most infrastructure components will be moved to another cloud provider/hyper-scaler. At the time of writing, tenants are hosted at a data center located in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, provided by US-based company DigitalOcean. After the maintenance window, all tenants will be hosted at a data center located in Falkenstein, Germany, provided by Hetzner.

Updates to DNS records

The DNS A records for tenants will change. The new IPv4 addresses for DNS A records will be the following:

Additionally, tenants will be available via IPv6, too. These will be the new IP addresses for DNS AAAA records:

Please update your firewall rules to the new IP addresses as soon as the maintenance window has been closed. There will be no soft transition for old to new DNS records.
