Monitoring (2025-12-08 18:20:00 UTC) – Kubernetes cluster has been fully recovered. All customer tenants and services are running again. We will monitor them closely before closing this maintenance window. If you still encounter problems please contact our customer support.


Update (2025-12-08 08:32:00 UTC) – We’ve performed important pre-tasks to ensure a fast and reliable recovering of all customer tenants and services. We’re implementing a patch on all Kubernetes worker nodes now.


Starting (2025-12-08 06:55:00 UTC) – We are aware of a misbehaving of our underlaying Kubernetes cluster resulting in a degraded performance of our customer tenants and other services. We’ve immediately opened a maintenance window to work on this issue. During this time, we expect shorter downtimes of customer tenants and services. Please be patient with us. We will provide updates as soon as possible.
