Monitoring (2025-12-17 14:40 UTC) – Fixes have been implemented. We’re closely monitoring our systems.
Update (2025-12-17 12:50 UTC) – All affected customer tenants and services are running again. We’re still implementing fixes which could lead to performance issues and increased latency.
Investigating (2025-12-17 08:20:00 UTC) – We’re aware of a degraded performance of our production environment. Some customer tenants and services are not available resp. slowed down. We are working fast to resolve this issue.
